How character development impacts academic development. Empowering youth ages 8–19 to build internal attributes essential for lifelong success.
How Character Development Impacts Academic Development
Designed To Be A Winner has been developed by Gloria Sharp, an avid Educator/Counselor, to assist in the mentoring and development of today's youth.
This program focuses on the internal factors necessary to set attainable goals, develop a healthy self-esteem, and build a positive character — the internal attributes each individual must learn to control, regardless of circumstance, to ensure success.
Technology and society has impaired the majority of our youth's ability to manually process information and make decisions. This program is designed to identify and develop the internal attributes to become an effective decision maker.
In order for the education journey to be a success, it's critical to have a transient relationship between the parent, the student and the teacher.
